- Job Title: Secure Transport Driver
- Location: Bristol, BS5 0DW
- Salary: £35,766.10 per annum + £1,000 joining bonus if you hold a valid CVIT SIA licence
- Shifts: 45 hours per week across 4 days (11.25 hours including paid breaks), with shifts between 4:20 am and 8:00 pm and weekend work on a rota basis
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Secure Transport Driver (internally known as a Cash in Transit Officer), you'll help transport cash safely and securely.
No two days are the same. You'll switch between driving and courier duties, working solo or alongside a partner to keep operations running smoothly.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work alone or with a partner - either as a driver or a courier.
- Keep the ATMs stocked by securely transporting and replenishing cash.
- Follow company procedures and complete required documentation.
- Drive and park responsibly, following the Highway Code, company policies, and Health & Safety standards.
- Build positive relationships with colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders.
- Communicate clearly with colleagues and branch management to resolve issues and concerns promptly and professionally.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to provide a continuous 10-year employment and education history (any gaps in employment history must be covered).
- Valid Full UK driving licence (no more than 6 penalty points).
- A valid CVIT SIA licence is desirable. If you already hold one, you’ll receive a £1,000 bonus after completing the probationary period. If not, you can obtain it through our fully funded training programme.
- Conscientious driving, with full adherence to the Highway Code at all times.
- Ability to follow instructions and work to tight deadlines.
